Some people, who will remain namless, have said that they like my art journal pages better than my paintings done on canvas or board.  Humf!  I think what they are seeing is the looseness and freedom that comes from not having any worries about what you are putting down.  My journal pages are also done over a longer period of time.  I'll scrape on a coat of paint one day, use up some printers ink with a linocut another day and then doodle with pens a month later.  SOME people suggested that I cut up my journals and sell the pages.  Insert horrified look here.  I have come up with the perfect solution.  I've found that they now sell some very wonderful 100% cotton rag, acid free heavy weight paper for inkjet printers.  So, together with my very expensive Vivera Ink which is supposed to last without fading for eons, I can make my very own prints of my journal pages.  Yeah!
Check them out in my shop!
