Paisley 06/21/2010

For the "paisley" IF, I decided to try out a particularly nice piece of styrofoam that I'd been saving.  I used a pencil to imprint the design and then Speedball printing ink.  I printed on various types of paper.  I'm not sure what I'll do with them, but I liked the results.  Which one do you like best?  You can click them if you want to enlarge them.

Hmmm...I like the first one initially, but then I saw the paisley on paisley and had a new favorite! Thanks for your comment on my blog too. You were right...It is a lot of work setting one up! I appreciate you :)

Very cool! I love what you've done. Clever! They're all beautiful, but the green really stands out.

Wow, that IS a cool idea. Hard to tell from the photo, but even the plain, imprinted styrofoam block looks cool to me. Nice.

Hello Laurel :)

It's always good to see creativity taking over a human's mind. I like how you've created all the different textures and effects, but I mostly love the last one. Words are always a good foundation for me. :)

Love the paisley, and the use of styrofoam. I won't pick any iteration as a favourite as it's the multitude of possibilities that catch I (okay, paisley on paisley is x-tra cool).
